Your In-House Membership Plan
Take advantage of a dental savings plan designed just for you—without the hassles of traditional insurance! Our health-focused membership plan offers:
- Unlimited exams
- Necessary X-rays with exam
- Annual oral cancer screening
- $99 basic cleaning or perio maintenance
- $175 scaling and root planing per quadrant
- 10% discount on all preventative treatments + fillings, crowns, implants, bridges and extractions
- 20% discount on crowns and implants*
- 35% discount on full and partial dentures (excluding repairs, realigns, rebase and interim partials)
- 5% discount on Invisalign® clear braces and orthodontic services
*When paid in full with cash, check or personal credit card at the time of treatment planning or at the start of treatment
Note: Services and treatments via the in-house membership plan are ineligible for third-party financing and may not be used in conjunction with any active dental insurance plans.

Can I use dental insurance or third-party financing with my membership plan?
Treatments and services under the in-house membership plan cannot be combined with third-party financing or any active dental insurance plans.

Simply inform us of your membership when scheduling your appointment, and we’ll verify your status to ensure that your discounts are applied automatically.

Can I transfer my membership to another dentist?
Our in-house membership plan is exclusive to Muskogee Dental and Implants and may not be transferred to another dental clinic.
